This charming film is about two chefs from different times and lifestyles. It shows how similar we can be, yet so different, when we have the same ambition! It follows the life of the famous cook, Julia Child, in Paris in the 1940s and 50s, with her diplomatic husband. FLASHBACK! Now were onto Julie Powell, a bored American insurance worker looking for something to do with her life. Throughout the movie it shows how Julie&Julia with their love of cooking, Julie with Julia's cooking book and Julia creating it!
